Welcome Eagle Peak Eagles to 6th Grade Math!

I am so excited to get to know and work with each of you and your families this year!  I can not wait to see what you all have to offer in our classroom and watch you share your tricks and ideas that make math both more exciting and easier for all involved.  Math is one of those subjects that will require some outside of class practice, but I believe that this practice will lead to confidence and success in class.

This year marks my 19th year of teaching in grades 6th-8th math with a little Science and Language Arts mixed in.  I am starting my 5th year here at Eagle Peak, and my biggest piece of advice would be to seek after regular school hours help through our math tutoring program!  Come get help!!!  I always go over practice problems that are assigned from the day in class.

I have a wonderful husband and three children.  My daughter is starting 6th grade here at Eagle Peak and my twin sons are starting 3rd grade at Calpella this year.  We spend a lot of time outdoors.  Our favorites are camping, hiking, and swimming!
