 The Form

In 2017-18, Ukiah Unified School District received an additional $11 million in funding to increase or improve educational opportunities. In order to prevent a loss in funding for our vital programs, we need your help. Please complete the Educational Benefit Form that will be sent home with your student(s) and return it to your school. Without these forms completed, we may lose funding that directly supports our students' education. This form is also used to determine whether or not your student(s) are eligible for reduced ASES and Advanced Placement (AP) testing fees. If you need help completing the form, please watch the tutorial available on our website or call you school's Family Community Liaison.

 Free Meals!

For All UUSD Students

We are excited to be able to provide free school meals for all students beginning in the 2018-19 school year! When all students receive healthy breakfast and lunch, they are able to focus more in school and learn better. Well-nourished students have higher academic performance, increased school attendance, improved concentration and classroom behavior.

Thank you for supporting our students and helping to provide them with a Quality education!
